At MY KIDS FIRST ...

Quality, Safety, Educational, and Affordable childcare is not an option, it is a MUST! At MY KIDS FIRST, your child comes

first! At MY KIDS FIRST, children experience a fun, educational, and family-like daycare experience. We have daily activities scheduled which engage children in social strengths, sharing, communicating, preparing for school settings, etiquette, and more. Academic lessons which will begin to prepare children for school are Mandatory and completed daily. Children are engaged in an assortment of exercises and dance activities to help promote physical and social interactions.

With an Open floor plan, the students have a  large class room for classwork with a shared kitchen area used for feedings and art/exploratory activities. Attached is the Main room which is the main area of play and dance. Fully carpeted, with bay windows and an emergency exit. We also have an OUTDOOR classroom setup as well.  Unbeknownst to us all, dealing with the arrival of the Covid-19 virus, this setup is an alternative to our inside setting.

The children have more than enough space to social distance without enabling them to enjoy themselves. The 1st floor is well ventilated, with direct air flow circulating throughout ALL of the rooms. The Main room has  direct access to the outdoor classroom.

ABOUT THE OWNER...

My name is Tanisha and I provide in-home daycare service to infants, toddlers and school age children. Blessed with over 5 years of experience as a daycare provider,  licensed by the State of Maryland. License # 250092. With a 15 year background in IT/Telecom, I decided to come back to my first love, children. I have certifications in CPR, SIDS, and First Aid. I love children and believe that the toddler years are the most fundamentally developing years. It is my promise, as your childcare provider,  to keep your child’s safety, learning experience, and happiness as a priority at all times!
