Vacation Schedule
Update: Effective 1/1/22, my vacation rate will increase from $75.00 to $100.00.
I take a 3 (three) week PAID vacation broken down via a schedule sent to parents. As a parent myself, I understand the difficulty financially in trying to find alternative care during this time and paying BOTH your current provider and a new one. Therefore, tuition for the weeks of my vacation is only $75.00! Parents will be notified at least 1 month in advance so alternative care and payment arrangements can be arranged. This payment is due BEFORE my scheduled vacation weeks.
Parent Vacation
In the event that a parent chooses to keep their child home during their vacation, YOU will receive a 1 week (per year) vacation discount. *A payment of $75.00 will be charged to hold your childs' spot during that time. This payment will need to be paid the week PRIOR to your scheduled vacation. Regular payment will commence the day your child returns to care. (Payment is due in the event your child receives care or not!) Your week CAN NOT be divided up and weeks CAN NOT be combined. It is the parent's responsibility to remember this incentive that is being offered. Offer expires on 12/31 of every year

*I will make every attempt to open during Inclement Weather. If for any reason I can not open, Parents will be advised as soon as possible.
Tuition
There is no Registration fee or Application fee, therefore, Tuition is due on the first day that your child is dropped off for care. (Monday) You are more than welcome to put down a deposit which would go towards your first week tuition. My policy is first come to complete application; first served.
If your child begins mid-week, the rate will be pro-rated.
Care- Newborn - 12 months- $ 200.00 per week (diapers and wipes included)
12 months- 24 months- $ 175.00 per week (full time; diapers and wipes included)
24 months- 36 months $ 150.00 per week (full time; pull ups included)
36 months and up $ 130.00 per week (full time)
Drop Off- Full Time $ 40.00 per day (max. 8 hours) $ 50.00 per day (max. 11 hours)
Part Time $ 20.00 per day (4 hours max)
Before and After Care- $ 95.00 per week
Before Care Only- $ 25.00 per week 7:00 am - 8:30 am (Breakfast is included in Before Care)
After Care Only- $ 70.00 per week 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm (Dinner is included in After Care)
Late Fee- $1.00 per minute beginning 6:01pm
Part Time Rate Information
20 hours per week 1/2 of age group (see above prices)
(Part Time-3 days per week 6.5 hours per day)
Drop In Rate- $20.00 per day (PT) 4 hours MAX *$10 per hour rate after MAX is succeeded!
Late Fee is accessed $1.00 every minute after 6 pm. Fees will be added to next weeks' payment. *Please notify me in advance if you need additional time to see if something can be worked out.
Tuition Includes: 2 meals and 2 snacks; Pampers/Pull Ups and Wipes (Newborn-potty trained)
I am willing to work with parents. Prices maybe adjusted depending on parent. Inquire with provider **Please note- If I provide a discounted price different from above, pampers and wipes WILL NOT be included!!
